Our liability for direct damages arising from your use of the Site or our products shall in no event exceed the total purchase price of the products you have ordered from us in the six (6) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Quilltron. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items and custom orders may be subject to different return conditions, which will be stated at the time of purchase.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
