What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer standard and expedited shipping. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US, while expedited shipping arrives in 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays. You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Quilltron ships only within the United States. We are exploring options to serve our international customers in the future.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.

How can I check if an item is in stock?

All items displayed on our product pages show real-time inventory status. If an item is out of stock, you will see a notification, and you may have the option to be notified via email when it becomes available again.

Is sales tax applied to my order?

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to addresses where we are required to collect it by law. The exact tax amount will be calculated and displayed clearly during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

You can apply your valid discount code in the 'Promo Code' field during the checkout process. The discount will be reflected in your order total before you finalize payment.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused and unopened items in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, certain personal writing instruments may not be eligible for return. Please initiate your return within 30 days of delivery.

How do I start a return?

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
